Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I try to make sure that every customer is happy. 
If your package is taking longer than expected please contact me after the stated delivery times and I can then do a tracking investigation with the post office. 
I will fully refund your purchase if the investigation can not locate your package. If there is damage please contact me within 10 days of receiving the item, email me a photo of the damaged item so that I can work on a solution, or offer you a refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for return shipping. However, please read the product description carefully to ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing.
